When the USIC Recruitment team and I sat down to discuss internal communications, we agreed on one thing: nobody gets excited about another generic monthly email. We needed a fresh approach that would capture attention and keep hiring teams engaged. The result was "Talent Tad's Tip of the Month," an illustrated newsletter that delivers recruiting tips and updates through a fun, character-driven experience.

Each monthly newsletter held the same basic template, but had individual illustrations based on the content for that month.
