Holiday Card Designs

As part of USIC's annual holiday campaign, I illustrate a semi-neutral holiday card that can be used across multiple touchpoints. The artwork is distributed by the Sales team to customers, shared on the company's social media channels, and made available for employees to use, ensuring a consistent and inclusive holiday message across the organization.

This was the first holiday card I illustrated for USIC, and I wanted it to feel welcoming to everyone across the company. Rather than focusing on a single holiday, I incorporated symbols from a variety of celebrations to reflect the diversity of our nearly 14,000 employees. I also designed the composition around an implied map pin, subtly referencing the work USIC does every day while creating a festive illustration that felt uniquely tied to the brand.

Unlike previous concepts that centered on a variety of holiday traditions, this illustration focused on creating a recognizable USIC moment. The decorated service truck serves as the focal point, with a Christmas tree and wreath adding seasonal warmth while maintaining a clean, understated design that could be shared across a diverse audience.

Building on the success of the previous year's card, I created another winter-themed illustration that remained broadly seasonal while further integrating the USIC brand. The snowman's scarf and mittens feature the colors of each company within the USIC family, while the safety helmet and locating device reinforce the company's identity in a lighthearted, approachable way. The result is a festive illustration that feels unmistakably USIC without relying on traditional holiday imagery.
